1. General Information

Welcome to Keynote Music School. These terms outline how we provide our music lessons. By enrolling in our school, you agree to follow these simple guidelines to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for all students.

2. Lesson Bookings and Cancellations

All music lessons must be booked and scheduled in advance. We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your lesson time.

Late cancellations may be subject to the full lesson fee, as this time is reserved specifically for your musical instruction and our teachers need time to adjust their schedules.

3. School Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a friendly, supportive space for everyone to learn their chosen instruments. We expect all students to arrive on time for their music lessons and to treat teachers, staff, and fellow musicians with courtesy and respect.
